Construction: contractors, subcontractors, investors
Construction Team

Offers, quantity surveys, contracts, payment applications, retentions, and schedules with Gantt charts and 4D BIM. On site: drawings with defects pinned on them, daily logs, inspections, RFIs, risks, timesheets and equipment. Accounting, bank statements and transfers, a warehouse that tracks serial numbers, and procurement that matches the order, the delivery and the invoice. Over all of it sit budget control, per-site financial reports, a full audit log and an AI assistant you can ask about the company's data.
Result
Construction companies use it every day. The office and the site look at the same documents and the same numbers, so nobody has to send spreadsheets back and forth.

They rent out scaffolding, put it up, take it down, deliver it, and sell German scaffolding systems and office containers. The site has their services, technical catalogues and certificates, 19 finished jobs with the system used on each, news, job openings and a quote form.
Result
Live in Bulgarian and English. A builder can see which systems SMK has, check the documents, look at similar jobs and ask for a quote without leaving the site.

A website for a holiday house in Tryavna that you rent as a whole, for up to 8 people. It tells you who the house suits, what a day there looks like, what's nearby and how to drive there. There are photos, summer and winter prices, and answers to what guests usually ask before booking. Separate pages cover sights around Tryavna, New Year's and trips with friends.
Result
Live in Bulgarian and English. Guests see the price, how many people fit, where it is and how to get there, then call or message on Viber to book.

Our own product
speaktome.live(opens in a new tab)A free app in Bulgarian that speaks for people who can't, or can barely, speak. You type, or tap pictures for feelings, needs and people, and the app finishes the sentence and says it out loud. We made it for people with autism, aphasia after a stroke, ALS, cerebral palsy or a lost voice, and for the speech therapists who work with them.
Result
Live, free, and no account needed. It opens in the browser on any phone, tablet or computer, can sit on the home screen like a normal app, and works without internet.

How we work
Every project goes the same way. We talk until the problem is clear, write down what we'll build, show you working software every week, launch, and stay on afterwards.
Understanding and scope
It starts with a call about what isn't working today and what should happen instead. Technology comes later. Then we send you a written scope: what we'll build, in what order, and what it'll take. You sign off on it before we write any code.
Weekly cycles
Every week you get working software at a real address you can open and click through. If we've misunderstood something, you'll see it that week, while it's still cheap to fix. Priorities can change between weeks, which is why we keep them short.
Launch
We put it live, hand over the code, the infrastructure and the accounts, and stay close for the first few weeks of real use.
Growth
After launch you can keep us on for maintenance and new features, or take it all and run it yourselves. Nothing ties you to us.

- What if I do not know exactly what I need yet?
- That's how most projects start, and working it out is our job. The first call with TwoMenCode is about the problem: what isn't working, who it affects, and what would change if it were fixed. The written scope comes out of that call. If it turns out you need something smaller or different from what you came in with, we'll tell you before we start.
- How long does a project take?
- A landing page or a small site usually takes a few weeks. A first MVP usually takes one to three months, depending on how much has to work on day one. TwoMenCode writes the scope down before starting, so you know the timeline up front, and you see working software from the first week.
- What does it cost?
- TwoMenCode prices every project separately, once the scope is written. There are no packages or hourly rates on the site, because a landing page and a platform with dozens of modules are very different amounts of work. If what you're asking for can be done with less, we'll say so on that first call.
- How do we stay in touch during the project?
- You talk directly to the people building your software, in English or Bulgarian, by email, chat or call, whichever you already use. Whoever answers knows the project and why you're asking, so decisions don't wait. Each week ends with working software you can open, and that's what we talk through.
- Who actually writes the code?
- Senior engineers at TwoMenCode write all of it, from the database to the deployment. Experience matters most in the early decisions that are expensive to undo later. The same people are on the scope call, so they know what the business needs while they write the code.
- Can you take over software someone else built?
- Yes. Looking after software that's already running is one of the three things TwoMenCode does. We read the code and the infrastructure first and tell you honestly what shape they're in, even when it's not good news. After that we work in the same weekly rhythm: fixes, upgrades and new features.
- What happens after launch?
- The code, the infrastructure and the accounts are yours. You can keep TwoMenCode on for maintenance and new features, or run it all yourselves. Support after launch is agreed separately, and nothing ties the software to us.
